Job summary

You will work with Finance, Technology, and Business teams to create a single source of truth for financial reporting while shaping future-state processes, controls, and master data standards.

The role sits in Windsor with hybrid working (3 days onsite). You will partner with finance stakeholders to define requirements and support the SAP S/4HANA transformation,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes.
• Strong business analysis within finance environments.
• Experience with finance data, master data, and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Finance Data Governance and Master Data Governance frameworks.
• Define and improve finance data policies, processes and controls.
• Gather and analyse requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Document current and future-state finance processes and data structures.
• Drive governance workflows and approval processes.
• Create training materials and stakeholder communications.
