Job summary

Distinct | B Corp in Leicester is seeking a Finance Analyst to transform how the finance team uses data, reporting and technology. You’ll own Power BI reporting, build financial models and automate processes to reduce manual work and improve decision making.

You’ll work with large datasets, design dashboards for senior leadership, and apply AI concepts to enhance forecast accuracy and commercial insight. A practical finance mindset and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI and Excel experience in a finance environment.
• Experience building financial models and dashboards.
• Familiarity with automating reporting processes and data workflows.
