Job summary

Monzo is seeking a curious Finance Data Manager to join the FP&A team. You will translate financial needs into scalable data assets, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights to business partners using AI-enabled tools.

You will collaborate with the Finance Data team and analytics engineers to improve pipelines, build downstream reporting, and drive efficiencies across Monzo. Strong SQL, Python, and financial modelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in translating financial requirements into scalable data assets.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience building data pipelines.
• Experience using generative AI to create data assets and insights.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools and Anaplan is a plus.
