Job summary

Marex Group plc is seeking a Finance professional to manage daily P&L reconciliation and controls for the Solutions division, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to front office and senior management.

The role collaborates with Valuation, Risk, Legal Entity control, and Front Office to drive performance analysis and month-end close. It requires strong accounting qualifications and experience with structured derivatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting designation required.
• Good understanding of Structured Derivatives essential, preferably Structured Equities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily P&L reconciliation and controls for the Solutions business with accurate reporting to front office and senior management.
• Work with Valuation and Risk to calculate and verify adjustments (CVA, DVA, FVA, Bid/Offer).
• Analyze full profit before tax and desk economics for management review.
• Provide PL/BS commentary during month-end close for each legal entity.
• Ensure month-end adjustments are posted for OTCs and structured notes.
