Job summary

NousNous is hiring a finance professional to run the day-to-day engine room of finance in a high‑growth consumer‑tech business in London. You’ll own reconciliations, invoicing, payments and controls while building automation to scale with near‑zero defects.

With five years+ finance experience and ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, you’ll lead month-end and partner with engineering and product to streamline processes. A flexible, office‑first environment supports remote work when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of finance experience in practice or industry.
• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical background and comfort with data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own high‑volume reconciliations across customers, suppliers and providers.
• Manage invoicing cycle and keep finances accurate and timely.
• Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations including payments and payouts.
• Build automation into finance workflows using data and AI tooling.
• Lead month‑end close and prepare management accounts for leadership.
• Design and embed financial controls and prepare for external audit.
• Collaborate with engineering/product/go‑to‑market to automate processes.
