About the role

Role overview:

The Finance Compliance team ensures all financial transactions and data submissions comply with funding requirements (e.g., DfE, Student Finance). The team collaborates with internal departments to manage risks and financial implications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing apprenticeship ILR submissions, reconciliation, and error resolution.
  • Supporting apprenticeship data locks, employer changes, and funding queries.
  • Creating and checking compliance for new customers and sales ledger allocations.
  • Raising apprenticeship co-investment invoices and assisting credit control to ensure payments.
  • Analyzing apprenticeship PDSAT reports for risks.
  • Processing learner withdrawals and breaks, considering financial implications.
  • Handling apprenticeship funding and general finance queries.
  • Ensuring funding compliance for other government-funded routes where applicable.
