Job summary

Kramp UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive strategy and performance across the UK cluster. You will partner with Commercial and Operations, influence strategic decisions, and lead performance processes focused on ROIC and value creation.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the Biggleswade office, offering a chance to shape financial performance across markets while collaborating with senior leaders and central Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification (MSs / MBA / CIMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance experience, preferably in Agri, B2B or e-commerce.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering and with Oracle / Excel.

We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our UK team. This is a demanding but exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening financial performance mindset within the cluster.

What is your role?

You will be at the heart of the business, driving both strategy and performance by:

• Partnering with Commercial and Operations teams as a key member of the Cluster Country Management Team
• Co-creating and influencing strategic decisions to deliver sustainable growth, profitability and cash performance
• Leading business performance processes, with a focus on ROIC and value creation
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities, enabling smarter, faster decision-making
• Supporting the development and execution of local market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement plans
• Overseeing key finance activities across the region, including cash collection and audit coordination, in close collaboration with central Finance Operations

Main Responsibilities

Experience Required

• Experience with financial reporting tools (preferably Oracle) and strong Excel capabilities
• Experience with project management
