Job summary

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for its corporate finance team in Belfast. This is a highly visible role, partnering with IT and other senior leaders to provide robust financial analysis that informs business decisions.

You will own budgeting and forecast cycles, manage month-end journals and accruals, review vendor invoices, and deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent by experience.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and IT skills.
• Experience with FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT and wider leadership teams with annual budgets and forecast cycles.
• Managing month-end journals, accruals and analysis of expenditure against budget and forecast.
• Reviewing vendor invoices and purchase requisitions to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to review costs, explain variances and improve financial processes.
• Preparing ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership.

The Rewards:

As the successful Finance Business Partner, you will receive:

• £50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
• Annual bonus (10%);
