REED is seeking a hands-on Finance Business Partner to provide commercial financial support across a portfolio of small businesses. This role balances day-to-day accounting with strategic business partnering in a fast-paced SME environment.

You will manage multiple entities, ensure accurate records in Xero, and deliver monthly management accounts with insightful commentary to drive commercial decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, business units, or SMEs.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple businesses.
• Maintain financial records in Xero and prepare monthly management accounts with commentary.
• Monitor cash flow and support short- and medium-term forecasting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insight to support commercial decision-making and liaise with stakeholders.
