Reed in South Warwickshire is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Finance & Analytics professional to join a growing business. This role sits between Finance and Commercial, providing financial insight, pricing analysis, profitability reporting and commercial support to drive performance.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working with the Commercial Director, you will analyse revenue, margin and pricing, support strategic decisions, and ensure accuracy of commercial data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Commercial finance or business analytics experience.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BI tools or ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analyse revenue, margin and pricing performance to support decision-making.
• Produce regular financial and commercial reporting and dashboards.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning with financial analysis.
• Partner with MD and Commercial Director to drive business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of commercial data.
