Job summary

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is helping a well‑established SaaS business recruit a Finance Business Partner. The role focuses on partnering with R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions, and building product‑level P&Ls and unit economics.

You will track R&D delivery and spend against the roadmap, create business cases for new R&D/AI investments, and review outcomes. Strong Excel, modelling, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally supporting technical or product teams.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, including P&L builds, cost allocation and scenario analysis.
• Confident communicator who can challenge senior non-finance stakeholders.
• CFA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified.
• SaaS or software industry experience.
• Exposure to Agile delivery or Jira.

Responsibilities
