Job summary

Marc Daniels is working with a well-established software business to hire an R&D Finance Business Partner into the finance team. This is a high-profile role with exposure to product, technology and AI investment decisions.

You will partner with R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment cases, build product-level P&Ls and dashboards, and deliver timely cost visibility for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally supporting technical or product teams.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, including P&L builds, cost allocation and scenario analysis.
• Confident communicator who can challenge senior non-finance stakeholders.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified.

Responsibilities
