Marc Daniels is seeking an experienced R&D Finance Business Partner to join its finance team and partner with R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions.

This role involves building product-level P&Ls, tracking delivery against the roadmap, and creating business cases for R&D, AI and infra investments. Ideal for someone with strong Excel modelling and a government-ready attitude to challenge senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years FP&A or business partnering experience, ideally supporting technical or product teams.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, including P&L builds, cost allocation and scenario analysis.
• Confident communicator who can challenge senior non-finance stakeholders.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified.

Responsabilités

• Partner R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions.
• Build and own product-level P&Ls and unit economics.
• Track R&D delivery and spend against the roadmap and investment cases.
• Create business cases for new R&D, AI and infrastructure investment, and review outcomes afterwards.

They're looking for an R&D Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

This is a high-profile role. You'll look at how the business invests in its products, technology and AI, and what that investment delivers. It's an ideal next step for a finance business partner who wants real exposure to a technology business and a clear path to grow.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions
• Building and owning product-level P&Ls and unit economics
• Tracking R&D delivery and spend against the roadmap and investment cases
• Creating business cases for new R&D, AI and infrastructure investment, and reviewing outcomes afterwards
• Analysing hosting and infrastructure costs and maintaining cost models
• Building dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear, timely visibility of spend

What they're looking for

• 4+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally supporting technical or product teams
