Join Holland & Barrett as a Finance Business Partner – Property and play a vital role in shaping the future of our 800+ store estate across the UK and Ireland. You'll act as a strategic finance lead to the Property team, providing expert insight and challenge on major investment decisions, lease negotiations, and transformational initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive value at scale while working in a dynamic, supportive team.

The Role:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead financial appraisal, forecasting and post-investment review for store openings, refurbishments and relocations.
• Partner closely with the Property team on lease negotiations, network strategy and capital planning.
• Deliver clear, data-led insights through weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Champion cost control across rent, rates and maintenance, identifying risks and savings opportunities.
• Lead FP&A processes for the property function, presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation, automation and reporting improvements.
• Engage and influence non-finance stakeholders with strong storytelling and commercial insight.

Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Expert in financial modelling and investment appraisal (IRR, NPV, payback).
• Strong commercial understanding of retail property and lease structures.
• Excellent communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• High-level Excel skills; Power BI/Anaplan familiarity a plus.
• Experience in business partnering or FP&A within a complex organisation.
