Accountable Recruitment Limited is working with a well-established Warrington organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to strengthen the commercial finance function. This role suits a qualified accountant seeking broader exposure and impact on business performance.

You will partner with finance and operations, delivering robust analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and insightful reporting for senior leaders, including the CFO, with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant with corporate FP&A experience.
• Experience in large corporate environments with strong data analysis.
• Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Clear communication to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of operational drivers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning processes.

Accountable Recruitment are working exclusively with our client who are a well-established and growing organisation in Warrington. They look to appoint a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their commercial finance function.

This role would particularly suit a qualified accountant coming from a larger corporate environment who is looking for broader exposure, greater visibility, and the opportunity to have a genuine impact on business performance.

Working within a small high-performing team, you'll partner closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, providing the insight and analysis that supports strategic decision-making. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant.
