Job summary

Boden Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen planning, forecasting and decision-making across the business.

You’ll lead budgeting cycles, develop P&L and cash flow forecasts with scenario modelling, and deliver clear management reporting that informs strategic investment and cost decisions. ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified with 15+ years’ FP&A experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years’ FP&A, finance business partnering or financial control experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation.
• Advanced scenario modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting systems.
• Data visualisation experience, ideally Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong financial governance in line with IFRS and internal controls.

As The Finance Business Partner, You’ll

• Advanced scenario modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting systems.
• Data visualisation experience, ideally Power BI or similar.
• Construction or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.
• Confidence partnering with and constructively challenging senior leadership.
