Job summary

Resourcery Group in Warrington is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our head office team. In a hands-on, commercial role you will partner with commercial, sales and procurement to drive profitability and illuminate the key drivers of value.

You will evaluate opportunities and initiatives from appraisal through to implementation, provide financial guidance, develop MI, and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision making in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Qualified or finalist in CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Strong commercial acumen
Experience in business partnering

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to provide commercial analysis and financial insight.
Evaluate opportunities and projects with financial guidance from appraisal to review.
Support senior leadership by analysing performance, identifying key trends and driving informed decision making.
Develop meaningful management information and reporting for commercial understanding and long-term objectives.
Promote data and reporting tools to improve visibility and encourage self-service analytics.
Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial plans with operational teams.
Monitor external market developments and assess potential impact on performance.
Produce insightful analysis and ad hoc reporting to support planning and strategic decision making.

Commercial Finance Business Partner Warrington £60,000 - £70,000

A large, fast paced business operating in a product led environment are keen to add an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to their head office function in Warrington.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will have a hands on, commercial role designed to closely work with internal teams (commercial, sales and procurement) in order to drive profitability and enhance internal understanding of key drivers.

Main duties include;

Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial analysis and financial insight that supports strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Evaluate business opportunities, investments and change projects, providing financial guidance from initial appraisal through to implementation and review.
Support senior leadership by analysing business performance, identifying key trends and helping to drive informed decision making.
Develop meaningful management information and reporting that enhances commercial understanding and supports long term business objectives.
Promote the use of data and reporting tools to improve visibility, encourage self service analytics and support a data driven culture.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans, working closely with operational teams.
Monitor external market developments and assess their potential impact on financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Produce insightful financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to support business planning and strategic decision making.
