The role involves partnering with senior leaders, turning data into insight, leading budgeting and forecasting, and developing business cases to support strategic initiatives. This is a high‑visibility role in a fast‑paced commercial finance team.
Qualifications
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experienced Finance Business Partner in a fast‑paced organisation.
- Credible in challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Commercially curious and proactive.
- Advanced in Excel.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Power BI/Power Query/Power Pivot experience beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.
- Turn complex financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insight.
- Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends to inform decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning for your areas.
- Develop business cases, financial models and investment appraisals.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting and forecasting activities.
- Use data and analysis to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.
