Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Walsall to influence business performance, challenge decisions and turn financial data into action. The role sits close to the operational leadership team and reports to the Head of Commercial Finance.

You will partner senior operational leaders, build profitability and performance analyses, develop forecasting models and support strategic planning, ERP development, and acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA required.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP development or business transformation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner senior operational leaders and challenge performance and commercial decisions.
• Identify drivers of margin and opportunities from the numbers.
• Develop profitability and cost analyses that inform decisions.
• Build forecasting models to support planning and decision making.
• Improve management information and drive finance process improvements.
• Support ERP development and acquisition integration.
• Supervise and develop two Finance Analysts.
