Finance Business Partner - Cost

Up to £80,000 + bonus

Partner Financial is working with a global and market-leading hospitality business, seeking a Finance Business Partner focused on cost reporting. Committed to a people-first strategy, the company is entering an exciting growth phase, aiming to unify its brands. This hybrid role is based in Manchester.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you will handle cost reporting, overheads, forecasting, and budgeting, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. This crucial position involves managing the cost base and making strategic financial decisions to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR teams to provide analysis, reporting, and forecasting for cost control.
• Partner with vendors to monitor spending and manage costs.
• Work with management on forecasting and budgeting staff costs, and analyze cost trends.
• Participate in headcount budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Lead the annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts for costs.
• Develop financial models to support operational and financial goals.
• Present cost data to management and stakeholders regularly.
• Recommend system and process improvements for cost reporting.

We seek a skilled accountant with experience in e-commerce, consumer, B2C, retail, or hospitality, particularly in revenue analysis, margin reporting, and business partnering. The candidate should possess:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
