Finance Business Partner Remote (UK-based) | Full-time | Permanent

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments, project leads, and programme managers to provide financial insight, improve decision-making, and support the delivery of both grant-funded and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Partner with budget holders to drive financial performance and value-for-money
  • Develop insightful management reporting using BI tools and modern technologies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Support cost-benefit analysis and business case development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., Sage, Xero)
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and drive improvement
