Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is partnering with a growing UK business to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner. You will report to the Head of Commercial Finance and collaborate with the commercial team to maximise revenue and pricing optimisation.

The role covers comprehensive reporting across revenue streams, performance analysis, insights generation, cost control and budgeting. 2–5 years accounting experience, Power BI exposure and part‑qualification in CIMA/ACCA/ACA are

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Exposure to the commercial sector is desirable.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA part‑qualification and actively studying.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly and monthly revenue reporting suites.
• Lead business performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide sales insights to maximise yields and support strategic decisions.
• Review revenue-related costs and margin performance for profit optimisation.
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for revenue streams and costs.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Collaborate with the reporting team to provide insight for internal/external reporting.
• Oversee a Junior Finance Business Partner.

A newly created opportunity is available for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will collaborate with the commercial team to maximise revenue generation and pricing optimisation, whilst supporting the broader commercial heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly reporting suite for all revenue streams
• Lead business performance analysis - analysing revenue streams, monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide and drive sales insights within the sales process to maximise yields and support strategic decision making.
• Review Revenue related costs and margin performance, identifying opportunities for profit optimisation and cost control.
• Responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting for all revenue streams and their associated costs
• Develop business partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Work alongside the reporting team to provide insight and commentary for internal and external reporting.
• Management of Junior Finance Business Partner

The ideal candidate will bring 2 - 5 years of accountancy experience, ideally supported by exposure to the commercial sector with Power BI exposure.

You will show initiative and take ownership and follow tasks through to completion, communicating clearly and effectively across the organisation while supporting a broad range of stakeholders. Flexibility and resilience are essential in the fast-evolving environment, CIMA, ACCA or ACA part-qualification and actively studying is essential.

This is a hybrid-based role, 2 office days and 3 days working from home, a generous benefits package will also be provided
