Job summary

HCRG Care Group in England is seeking a Finance Business Partner to own end-to-end financials for a key business area, blending management accounting with commercial insight.

You will lead month-end, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and profitability analysis, partnering with operations and product leaders to influence decisions.

The role offers a remote-first setup with occasional collaboration at the Runcorn Head Office and a salary of 45,000–50,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent – qualified, or part-qualified with strong relevant experience
• Strong management accounting experience, including month-end processes
• Experience producing budgets and rolling forecasts with variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and robust financial modelling capability
• Excellent communication and ability to translate numbers for non-finance colleagues

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end financial ownership for your area and become a trusted finance partner
• Lead month-end processes, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
• Produce monthly performance reporting with variance analysis and commentary
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, challenging assumptions with stakeholders
• Develop robust financial models to support commercial decisions
• Provide product costing and profitability analysis to drive margins
