Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide end-to-end financial ownership across a key area, partnering with operational and product leaders to drive commercial decision-making.

You will lead month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis, building robust models and providing insightful commentary to non-finance stakeholders. The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the Runcorn Head Office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or part-qualified with strong relevant experience.
• Experience with month-end close, journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to produce budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and robust financial modelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end financial ownership for designated area.
• Lead month-end, journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly performance reporting and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with budget holders and identify risks/opportunities.
• Develop robust financial models to support commercial decisions.
• Provide product costing and profitability analysis to inform pricing and bids.
• Support commercial decision-making and pricing discussions with non-finance colleagues.
