Job summary

Hays Senior Finance partners with a successful, established, fast-paced multi-site organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for its finance team near the Warwickshire/Northamptonshire border. You will provide financial insight, challenge and support to help improve business performance, working closely with sales and operations teams.

You will analyse large data sets, identify trends and present clear recommendations to influence commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable commercial Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets capability with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial information into commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial finance support and effective business partnering to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to understand and improve financial performance.
• Present financial and commercial themes at management meetings.
• Analyse complex data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Proactively identify commercial challenges and develop solutions for multi-site network.
