Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in the West Midlands to blend commercial finance with data analysis and visualisation. You will partner with stakeholders, translate financial data into actionable insights and develop clear reporting through modern dashboards.

The role focuses on turning financial information into commercial recommendations and improving decision-making with BI-powered insights for business performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Ability to translate data into commercial insight.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Practical experience using data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data handling.
• Clear communication of complex financial information.
• Proactive mindset to improve reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance and support decision-making.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, challenging assumptions and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and KPIs to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Translate financial information into clear, commercially focused recommendations for non-finance audiences.
• Develop relationships to embed financial understanding and accountability.
• Support evaluation of commercial initiatives and business cases.
