Schools’ Choice is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong Housing Revenue Account (HRA) expertise to support a local authority on an interim basis. The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to offices in Lowestoft and Melton.
You will lead HRA budgeting and year-end processes, provide strategic financial input to housing services, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cabinet members to shape financial decisions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong Housing Revenue Account (HRA) experience to support a local authority on an interim basis. This is a predominantly remote opportunity, offering flexibility alongside the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across housing services. Occasional travel to offices in Lowestoft and Melton will be required, along with some evening attendance at Cabinet meetings when necessary.
As Finance Business Partner, you will take the lead on the financial management and strategic oversight of the Council's Housing Revenue Account (HRA), ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting key decision-making across housing services.
