ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a temporary, full-time role based in Lowestoft, with hybrid/remote working options. The post entails leading the annual budget for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and related year-end statements, alongside advising on HRA finances across housing-related services.
The ideal candidate will have HRA experience and CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications.

To lead on the production of the annual revenue and capital budget for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and the HRA year-end statement all within accordance of statutory reporting requirements.
To lead on from the financial management of the HRA all Housing related service areas (HRA, Private Sector Housing and Homelessness) in the Client providing advice, guidance and support to Service Managers, Senior Management, and Councillors.
To contribute to the progression of various corporate initiatives in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and policies and to ensure the Clientis compliant with all relevant financial legislation and statutory requirements.
You will ideally have HRA experience and qualified CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
