Right Pear is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Senior Analyst) to sit at the centre of the commercial finance function. The role offers a fully remote option or a Bristol-based office, with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You’ll report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with the CFO and stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain. You’ll lead KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Strong Excel modelling skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing non-finance colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the go-to finance partner for commercial and operational leads, helping them understand their numbers and improve performance.
• Owning KPI reporting covering sales, margin, stock, logistics and aftersales.
• Digging into profitability and performance drivers to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Producing weekly and monthly management packs that are read by stakeholders.
• Leading budgets, forecasts and monthly outlook cycles.
• Developing long-range strategic planning models.
• Partnering with senior leaders on growth projects.
• Identifying and implementing reporting/process improvements.

They're growing quickly, they back decisions with data, and they're investing in their people and products as they scale. They're now looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to sit at the centre of the commercial finance function.

You’ll report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the CFO. Your stakeholders will be across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain, so you’ll see the whole business, not just one corner of it.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the go-to finance partner for commercial and operational leads, helping them understand their numbers and improve performance
• Owning KPI reporting covering sales, margin, stock, logistics and aftersales
• Digging into profitability and performance drivers to highlight where the risks and opportunities are
• Putting together weekly and monthly management packs that people actually read
• Playing a central part in budgets, forecasts and the monthly outlook cycle
• Developing the long-range strategic planning model
• Working alongside senior leaders on growth projects
• Spotting where reporting and processes can be simplified or improved, and making it happen

What you’ll bring

• A recognised qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• A background in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
• Advanced Excel and strong modelling skills, and you’re comfortable working with large datasets
• The confidence to challenge assumptions and influence non-finance colleagues
• Curiosity about what’s behind the numbers and a drive to improve results
• Bonus points for experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods or another product-led business
