Aufgaben

• Partner with the leadership team to surface value-add ideas, understand risks & opportunities, and rigorously challenge mitigation and action planning.
• Manage the long-range, in-year, and short-term planning process for revenue and costs, incorporating the latest information into a robust outlook and ensuring alignment with our corporate financial and strategic plans.
• Value-add analysis: collaborate with finance analysts and the data team to turn insights into actions identifying value-add opportunities.
• Investment appraisal: lead the assessment of projects that redefine store operations, driving cost efficiency and elevating our customer proposition.
• Own the month-end performance narrative, ensuring performance is understood and necessary future actions are in place.
• Work with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders to make complex financial concepts easily understood and actionable.
• Play an active role within the wider finance community.
