Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Finance Business Partner to influence senior decisions across Customer Services. You will partner with leaders to deliver accurate MI, drive performance improvement and support long-term ambitions from our Tiddington Head Office, with up to 80% homeworking.

The role requires finance partnering experience with senior stakeholders, strong Excel modelling, and expertise in planning, budgeting and forecasting. A hybrid work pattern and substantial benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional or working towards a recognized accountancy qualification.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting providing commercially focused insight.
• Strong Excel capability with complex data modelling and analysis.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you will provide accurate management information and clear analysis that supports performance improvement, inform business decisions, and help deliver our long term ambitions.This is a high profile opportunity to work with senior managers and executives across a large and complex division. You’ll lead and support planning from the initial baseline through to strategic direction, provide day to day financial advice and analysis, and constructively challenge assumptions to get beneath the issue.The role offers real breadth. Alongside core business partnering, you’ll contribute to change activity, lead or direct focused projects and help strengthen financial processes and reporting. You’ll also have scope to build capability in newer reporting and planning tools, while helping demonstrate what excellent finance partnering looks like across the organisation.
