Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Lead Pricing & Modelling Analyst in Stratford-upon-Avon to support the development and maintenance of GI pricing models for Home insurance. You will analyze data, monitor performance and validate models while collaborating with Pricing and Underwriting to improve rating structures.

The role offers up to 80% remote work with 20% in the Stratford-upon-Avon office, a strong benefits package and an emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience within General Insurance pricing and modelling is beneficial.
• Pricing analysis, modelling techniques and statistical analysis experience required.
• Experience checking, monitoring and analysing complex data.
• Knowledge of coding/analytical tools: R, Emblem or Python; SQL or Radar desirable.

We are looking for a talented Pricing Analyst to join our Home Technical Pricing team and support the delivery of our pricing strategy.In this role, you will be aligned to our Personal Lines Risk Pricing team, contributing to the development, enhancement and maintenance of General Insurance pricing models, helping ensure they remain accurate, predictive and aligned to business objectives. You'll undertake a broad range of pricing analysis, performance monitoring and model validation activities, for our home insurance products, using data and insight to support informed pricing decisions.Working closely with colleagues across Pricing and Underwriting, you'll help refine rating structures, improve analytical processes and contribute to the development of pricing solutions that deliver fair outcomes for customers.
