Finance Business Partner
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + competitive package

Robert Walters is delighted to partner with a market leader based in Crawley, seeking to recruit a highly commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role is particularly suitable for a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist looking to take on a broad commercial and reporting position within a large and progressive organisation.

Role overview:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering accurate and insightful data sets and monthly management accounts. Your responsibilities include producing monthly analysis, assisting in the production of management accounts, and supporting overhead budget holders with budget submissions. You will also participate in annual financial planning and business plan modelling. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the Management Accounts model
2. Produce monthly contribution analysis from management accounts
3. Support the creation of monthly results commentary for review
4. Analyze accruals & perform reconciliations
5. Contribute to financial planning and business modelling
6. Manage recharges approval from British Airways

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will be a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist with operational level or equivalent experience. Management accounting knowledge and experience working with large data sets are essential; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
