Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large, complex organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner focused on revenue-generating areas. You will partner with commercial, sales and operational stakeholders to drive revenue performance through data-led decision-making.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering for Revenue, you will support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, develop financial models and business cases to back strategic decisions, and challenge senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers.
• Experience supporting sales, commercial, marketing or customer-facing functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.
• Confident to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Curious to understand drivers behind business performance.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering for Revenue you will partner closely with commercial, sales and operational stakeholders to drive revenue performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities as Finance Business Partner include:

Profile

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating within a large, complex organisation.

You will also demonstrate:

• Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue drivers.
• Experience supporting sales, commercial, marketing or customer-facing functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
• The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind business performance.
• Experience gained within travel, transport, logistics, hospitality, retail, consumer or other commercially driven environments would be advantageous, although applications from all large and complex organisations are welcomed.

Job Offer

• Salary of £70,000 - £75,000.
