Savant Recruitment is seeking a Finance Business Partner in the United Kingdom to join a busy finance team and act as a trusted partner to senior commercial and operations leaders.

You will turn financial insight into meaningful business impact, drive profitable growth and support pricing, budgeting and reporting. This role offers progression into leadership with ongoing training and a visible path to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is required.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and stakeholder influence.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and results.

The role

Working across Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations, you'll play a key role in driving performance, identifying opportunities and supporting profitable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and challenge assumptions.

• Analysing revenue, margins, profitability, rebates and operating costs.

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.

• Supporting pricing, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter reporting.

• Supporting junior colleagues while developing your own leadership skills.

What we're looking for
