Job summary

JSS, a UK consumer and hospitality business, is hiring a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join its FP&A team in London. This genuine business partnering role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, supporting senior stakeholders across operations, marketing, buying and commercial functions to turn data into insight and drive profitability across a multi-site operation.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams.
• Analyse sales, margin and profitability performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

• Deliver meaningful insight and challenge to support better decision-making.

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes across key revenue streams.
• Use Power BI to improve reporting and business visibility.

The role:

We're looking for someone who:

• Is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

• Can translate financial information into clear commercial recommendations
• Has strong Excel skills and experience using Power BI
• Brings a proactive, commercially-minded approach and enjoys influencing decision-making
