Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner with strong stakeholder engagement to influence senior decision making. This is a hybrid role with Cardiff/Wales flexibility and a focus on turning financial insight into strategic actions.

You'll lead management reporting and analysis, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive budgeting and forecasting to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders
• Background in management reporting, analysis and financial insight
• Experience working with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in professional services or similar people-focused environment (preferred)

Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a fully qualified or nearly qualified Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proven background in management reporting and business partnering. Experience within professional services would be highly advantageous.

The Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or are very close to completing
• Strong, proven Finance Business Partnering experience
• Excellent commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
• A strong background in management reporting, analysis and financial insight
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to turn financial information into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Ideally, experience within professional services or a similar people-focused commercial environment
