A finance-focused company in Brighton is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive insights, support decision-making, and enhance financial performance. The successful candidate will build relationships, lead financial reviews, and develop automated reporting using Power BI. Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong visualization capability in Power BI.
• Comfortable with data warehouses and commercial datasets.
• Comfortable with SQL (or working with SQL‑using teams).
• Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, churn, margin & product metrics.
• Professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) are a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll partner with leaders across Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring clarity through data, strengthen performance through insight, and support smarter decision‑making across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Partnering

• Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business.
