Belron International Limited in Bedford is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive commercial insight across the business. You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts and support S&OP with cost analysis.

You will partner with finance and non-finance teams to present month-end commentary, identify cost drivers, and deliver value through performance reporting and business cases. This fixed-term opportunity includes a car allowance, up to 25% bonus, 33 days leave, private medical, and pension

Formación

• Qualified Finance professional.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or similar commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting.
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both finance and non-finance.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with both Finance and Operational stakeholders, providing commercial insight, financial challenge, and strategic support to help drive informed decision-making and achieve business objectives.In this role, you will take ownership of budgeting and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy while supporting the wider Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
