Job summary

Belron UK Limited in Maidstone is seeking a First Line Manager to lead the Distribution Centre and inspire a high-performing team. You will coach staff, maintain safety and service standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics setting.

• Leading, coaching and motivating your team to achieve exceptional performance
• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and service targets are achieved
• Driving operational and financial KPIs through effective planning and performance management
• Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding and developing talent within your team
