The Team
As a Finance BI Reporting Analyst, you will sit in a team of 2, reporting to the Head of Finance, BI Reporting and Controls. The team focuses on providing insights and adding value across the business, acting as a partner to the accounting team. The Role
In this role, you will leverage Tableau to automate processes and develop flexible, maintainable reports. You will use your SQL skills to analyze data, support month-end close activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product and data teams on project delivery. The environment is dynamic, with ongoing challenges and opportunities for skill development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance teams to deliver accurate, reconciled data, automate processes, and build trust in data.
• Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, expanding our reporting suite to reduce rework.
• Partner with product and data teams to understand system developments, assess impacts, and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Support the growth of self-serve analytics capabilities within Finance.

Experience

• Proficiency in Tableau visualization and dashboard design.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-currency, multinational environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex systems simply.
• Track record of process improvement.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing priorities.
• Creative with a collaborative attitude; experience with AWS Athena is a plus.
