Amadeus Capital Partners is hiring a Finance Assistant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, focusing on purchase ledger, banking and fund/corporate accounting support. You will help deliver accurate reporting and budgets while developing your accounting qualifications with study support.

You will join a collaborative finance team in a technology investor environment, with study support towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A-level qualification or equivalent; ideally AAT part-qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification.
• Excellent numerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as Sage.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices and credit card statements with correct coding and approvals.
• Prepare and process supplier payments and quarterly management fee payments.
• Maintain bank accounts, post payments/receipts, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support fund accounting with investor distributions and drawdowns; assist recharges to portfolio entities.
• Assist corporate accounting tasks including invoicing, cash models, treasury deposits, and staff expenses.
