The Niche Partnership is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a supportive team and help manage key financial processes. You will own daily reconciliations, support month-end activities, and contribute to the management pack while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar finance role (Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, Assistant Accountant).
• 1–2 years' experience preferable and ready to take on more responsibility.
• Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
• Calm under pressure, intuitive, and comfortable speaking with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily bank reconciliations and postings across four primary accounts.
• Managing credit card reconciliations and postings (GBP and Euro).
• Assisting with month-end processes, including prepayments, fixed asset, and accrual reconciliations.
• Pulling stock reports and handling cash reconciliations to close books.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and contributing to the management pack.
• Reporting by working day 12.
• Improving processes and supporting the wider finance team.
