About this role…
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team as a Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger. This is a part-time, maternity cover position starting in June 2025, and running through to September 2026. The hours are 8:30am - 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to change the days once training is complete. You will work closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The key focus will be on ensuring the effective recording, processing, approval, and payment of invoices received.

What we’re looking for…

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computerized accounts software
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong team player
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly, and problem solve effectively
  • Confidence in thinking of cost-effective new ideas
  • The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
