The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool is seeking a meticulous Finance Assistant to support the Finance Team. You will handle purchase ledger administration, commission control, and F&B financial administration while reporting to the Director of Finance in a historic hotel setting.

This part-time role (20 hours/week across 4–5 days) is perfect for someone with AAT level credentials and strong accounting software experience, looking to contribute to end-to-end financial operations within

Responsibilities

• Purchase Ledger Administration: process supplier invoices, monitor records, reconcile statements, prepare journals, assist with payment runs
• Commission Control: validate claims, maintain log, prepare accrual reports/journals
• Food & Beverage Finance Administration: produce GP analysis, monitor pricing discrepancies, support stock/cost analysis
• Finance Administration: payroll/HR admin support, month-end processes, revenue reporting
