Qualifikationen

• F&B cost control experience within a hotel.
• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with figures, reports, and stock data.
• Keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset; able to work with operational teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a focus on cost improvements without compromising guest experience.

Aufgaben

• Taking ownership of F&B cost control, stock management and regular stocktakes.
• Analyzing food and beverage costs, investigating variances, and identifying opportunities to improve margins.
• Working alongside chefs, restaurant teams, and F&B managers to control wastage and maximise profitability.
• Reviewing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and value for money.
• Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Helping maintain strong financial controls across the hotel.

What will you be doing?

• Taking ownership of F&B cost control, stock management and regular stocktakes.
  
• Analysing food and beverage costs, investigating variances, and identifying opportunities to improve margins.
  
• Working alongside chefs, restaurant teams, and F&B managers to control wastage and maximise profitability.
  
• Reviewing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and value for money.
  
• Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  
• Helping maintain strong financial controls across the hotel.
  

Requirements

• Previous F&B cost control experience within a hotel is essential.
  
• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment would be ideal.
  
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with figures, reports, and stock data.
  
• A keen eye for detail, a naturally analytical mindset, and the confidence to work with operational teams.
  
• Someone proactive who enjoys getting into the detail and finding ways to improve costs without compromising the guest experience.
  
• Salary range: £35,000 to £40,000
