UK & Ireland 2028 Limited, the local organising committee delivering UEFA EURO 2028, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations at Wembley Stadium. You will help maintain accuracy across ledgers, process invoices and manage cash flow to support tournament delivery.

Ideal candidates will have transactional finance experience, be numerate, possess good Excel skills, and communicate clearly.

Qualifikationen

• Previous transactional finance experience, including end-to-end Purchase to Pay
• Able to work independently with appropriate guidance
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• High level of numeracy and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Own the purchase ledger, sales ledger and cash book
• Process supplier and customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely payments and tracking incoming funding
• Manage the expenses process in line with company policy
• Carry out key reconciliations, such as bank and supplier reconciliations
• Support the Finance Manager with financial systems and identify process improvements as the business scales
• Work with the wider finance and operational teams
