Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) invites applications for a Finance Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Marlow, UK. The role supports day-to-day financial operations across accounts payable and supplier invoicing, with broader finance team coverage as needed.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in a Finance/Accounts role, strong numerical and Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A hybrid arrangement with remote option after training is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant role.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier or customer statements and resolve queries.
• Set up of new supplier or customer accounts.
• Invoice matching to purchase orders in Basware.
• Process payment files and reconcile to e-commerce ledger.
• Support cash allocations and ad hoc tasks as required.
