Job summary

Natilik is seeking a Finance Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activity, plus ad hoc tasks within our connectivity billing provision. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days in EC2M 4YN and exposure to broad financial operations.

You will review costs, process revenue recognition, help with bill runs, and support the billing manager and debt-chasing efforts.

Qualifications

• Basic finance or accounting knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and follow processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction across levels and roles.

Responsibilities

• Review project costs and process revenue recognition to P&L.
• Highlight and resolve queries within P&L.
• Review, validate and approve Sales Orders.
• Support the connectivity billing manager with bill runs and queries.
• Review and allocate data to client accounts.
• Support the setup of new clients and contracts in billing system.
• Support Cash Management to chase Debtors.
• Input bank receipts and payments into finance system and complete allocations.
• Support the loading of supplier invoices into finance system.
