Dyson Farming is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager and team with transactional duties and process improvements. You will handle accounts payable, assist with month-end close, and help with financial reporting in a modern farming business.

This hands-on role is suited to detail-oriented, proactive candidates looking to contribute to a more efficient finance function and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive, with confidence to challenge processes.
• Ability to work across the finance function and support improvements.
• Experience in transactional finance and basic reporting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: process supplier invoices and match with PO numbers.
• Assist month-end close activities and postings (accruals/prepayments).
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Participate in systems improvements to reduce manual tasks.
